Amentum is seeking a Project Analyst Journeyman to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and facilitates project administration tasks, supporting the execution of project objectives and deliverables.
- Develops and maintains project documentation, including kick-off meeting agendas, minutes, and reports, to align contractor and Government personnel on project scope, roles, and responsibilities.
- Compiles technical, management, and security discussions into structured reports for stakeholder review.
- Tracks project staffing plans, transition activities, and financial reporting requirements while supporting the development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan (PMP).
- Manages scheduling, coordination, and execution of project meetings, capturing key discussion points, decisions, and action items.
- Assists in risk management planning, quality control documentation, and cybersecurity compliance efforts, contributing to the overall efficiency of the project lifecycle.
- Prepares and updates monthly status reports (MSR), detailing project activities, challenges, corrective actions, and financial forecasting.
- Monitors project milestones and deliverables, and tracks/processes procurement requests RIPs/CTPs) and travel authorization requests (TARs), supporting adherence to Government approval processes.
- Develops trip reports summarizing travel objectives, costs, and key takeaways for project-related travel.
- Supports the organization and submission of meeting reports, documenting stakeholder discussions and decisions.
- Supports the development, execution, and tracking of Project Requests. Actively supports Amentum’s implementation of the B2C2WG (Boards, Bureau, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups) model.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 4-9 years of experience and BA/BS: or equivalent years of experience.
