Program Manager

Amentum is looking for a TOP SECRET-cleared Program Manager to oversee its support to security and investigative support services at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing all aspects of program management, including program budgets, schedules, quality, and risk management. They will assist with assessing, managing, and eliminating risk related to schedule and performance, supervise second line supervisors and employees, and engage with customer stakeholders to ensure optimal contract performance.
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
Must have ten (10) or more years of federal, state, local or military law enforcement experience OR fifteen (15) years of experience managing work performance and supervising people, including experience in human resources and personnel security.
At least five (5) years of experience over the past ten (10) years OR two (2) years of experience within the last four (4) years directly related to managing/performing responsibilities like those described in this PWS.
Full familiarity and experience using Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of project management and demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks / projects
Prior experience managing all aspects of a full-scope BI program.
Experience with Executive Order (EO) 12960 and 12968, SEAD 4 and SEAD 7.
Experience as a functional practitioner of Continuous Vetting and Trusted Workforce 2.0, or programs similar in scope and scale.
Eight (8) years managing in a specialty related to personnel security, which includes scheduling/supervising project personnel.
Extensive experience supporting FBI or other US Government entities engaged in background investigatory services.
Experience managing programs involving multiple complex tasks, including interaction with secondary supervisors in roles like Deputy Program Managers and Project Managers.
Ability to work with and brief executive-level staff.
Experience engaging with Government Team Leads and above.
Using data driven metrics to support decision making.
Experience applying all aspects of quality management, including risk management, scheduling, and cost control, quality assurance, change management, and resource management.
Extensive experience exercising quality control approaches over contractor staff to deliver services/products on budget and schedule.
Past experience as a contractor Program Manager overseeing a Blanket Purchase Agreement or Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery vehicle is preferred but not required.
