Amentum is seeking a Intelligence Operations and Readiness Manager SME to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the Task Lead, responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of enterprise-wide intelligence operations, general intelligence security support, and operational readiness initiatives across ARNG G-2 and its strategic partners.
- Directs and manages the development of Intelligence Operations processes, tools, standards, and documentation, ensuring alignment with operational priorities, Executive Orders, DoD directives, Army policies, and evolving mission requirements.
- Leads enterprise support for General Intelligence Security (SCI, FD, COMSEC, INFOSEC, INDUSEC, PERSEC programs), developing System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Findings Reports, and assisting with RMF package development via eMASS and Xacta.
- Oversees the integration of intelligence policy development, threat awareness, network support services, and intelligence security operations into mission execution frameworks.
- Coordinates the development and delivery of Intelligence Collection, Processing, Exploitation (PED), and Dissemination capabilities, supporting multi-intelligence product development across All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, CI, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, ACINT, and Cyberspace domains.
- Directs the creation and sustainment of training programs, status reports, situational updates, and dissemination frameworks to improve operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and ARNG G-2 mission requirements.
- Oversees intelligence facility operations, coordinating support for SCIF infrastructure, IT network sustainment, certification activities, and 24/7 on-call operational support.
- Collaborates with Regional Team Leads, Mobile Training Team (MTT) Leads, and Curriculum Developers to synchronize operational support across training, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination areas.
- Engages with ARNG leadership, operational stakeholders, and security teams to refine strategic objectives, assess mission performance, and drive continuous improvement in intelligence operations and security readiness.
- Contributes to the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of their assigned task areas by participating in relevant Centers and Working Groups aligned to their roles, technical domains, or management functions. This engagement ensures integrated delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and real-time responsiveness to ARNG G-2 mission priorities.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 15+ years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
