Amentum is seeking a Deliverables Manager Journeyman to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Supports the collection, organization, and quality control of contractual deliverables, supporting documentation workflows and compliance with Task Order (TO) requirements.
- Maintains document management processes, ensuring deliverables meet Government-approved formats and submission standards.
- Assists in the preparation and consolidation of reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Risk Analysis Reports, and Project Management Plan (PMP) updates, tracking project milestones, expenditures, and performance metrics.
- Supports updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), coordinating technical inputs to align deliverables with project timelines.
- Conducts initial quality reviews of submissions, verifying accuracy and completeness in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Tracks deliverables and submission schedules, working with internal teams and Government stakeholders to facilitate timely reviews and approvals.
- Supports the organization of Transition-In and Transition-Out documentation, consolidating project materials, technical details, and risk mitigation plans for contract transitions.
- Utilizes standardized templates and workflows to maintain document consistency and traceability.
- Participates in stakeholder meetings to support reporting requirements, process improvements, and deliverable execution.
- Maintains controlled document repositories, organizing files for accessibility, compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Eligible Clearance
- 4-9 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
