About your role:
At Fiserv, we are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. As a Technical Production Control, Lead you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical business applications. This position is crucial to ensure accurate and timely host processing for all our clients, both internal and external. You will be working in a multi-platform environment that includes both Unisys and IBM systems. You will be responsible for Premier application operational support, bank conversions, and problem resolution.
What you'll do:
- Create, test, and implement job code in accordance with change control practices
- Process incoming requests as required, utilizing WFL, CL, and AJS job control languages
- Assist in providing research and resolution of problem situations
- Meet all deadlines with timely and accurate job code
- Work in a collaborative, team environment
Experience you'll need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in data processing with emphasis on Computer Operations Understanding of basic programming logic
- 3 years of experience in data processing with emphasis on IBM AJS/CL jobs and Unisys Computer Operations and WFL jobs
Experience that would be great to have:
- Premier Software experience
- Multi-platform, Unisys, and IBM knowledge
