What you’ll do:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Own project planning, execution, and delivery, including schedule, scope, risk, and issue management.
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing clear communication and initiative-taking risk mitigation.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking with precision.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and other team members to elevate delivery standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle.
- Drive consensus and collaboration across large, diverse teams.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including leading enterprise-level initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience using Jira, including dashboarding, Kanban board set up, filtering and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience as an advanced level Excel and PowerPoint user and presenter.
- Experience in executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in strategic planning and portfolio-level thinking.
- Experience in advanced risk mitigation and change management strategies.
- Experience with Financial Applications: SAP or Oracle.
- Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Experience navigating organizational dynamics and influencing outcomes.
- PMP and/or CSM certification.
