What You Will Do:
- Lead all aspects of project implementation for LATAM clients, serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle for both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with external customers and cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept through successful delivery, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.
- Define project scope and objectives while developing detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and performance specifically tailored for the LATAM market.
- Manage vendor integration, reviewing deliverables and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines relevant to LATAM clients.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams, facilitating problem analysis and resolutions to maintain project momentum in diverse environments.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including those in the LATAM region, effectively managing expectations and promoting alignment with Fiserv's organizational strategies
What You Will Need to Have:
- 6+ years of project management experience, with a proven record of successfully executing 10+ complex projects.
- Extensive knowledge of the Payment Acceptance industry, with 4+ years specifically focused on Card Schemes processing.
- Proven ability to manage 5+ concurrent projects utilizing Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through engagement with 20+ stakeholders.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Scrum Master or equivalent certification (CSM), with fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Experience in collaborating on 3+ innovative solutions or new product functionalities that drive business growth.
