The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Experience Design Team is seeking a Experience Design and Feedback Product Lead to drive the vision and strategy for our user-centered Feedback Design program.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Experience Design and Feedback Product Lead, you will partner with our UX Design Product Lead to establish an integrated strategy and roadmap for maturing the holistic Experience Management competency across the enterprise.
You will focus on providing feedback tools, processes, and interventions that drive exceptional experiences across our 1LMX Transformation products and services. Your key responsibilities will include the following:
• Creating a framework and standardized methodology for optimizing the interactions that employees and customers have with 1LMX products or services.
• Enhancing the key touchpoints in the journey to ensure a seamless, engaging, and satisfying experiences
• Partnering with the UX Product Lead to deliver the strategy and tools for effective user research, data analysis and design thinking to improve user experiences and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing Qualtrics contract to ensure that the necessary tools and capabilities are in place to meet customer/employee feedback needs
• Serving as strategist/advisor in partnership with the 1LMX Value Streams to establish their feedback strategy for the entire tool suite within their portfolios
In partnership with the UX Product Lead, you will establish a strategy and roadmap that addresses the following capabilities for 1LMX:
• Conducting user research to gather insights into customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Creating detailed journey maps to visualize the end-to-end experience and identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience
• Analyzing data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of design solutions, and make data-driven improvements
• Monitoring and evaluating the customer/employee experience to implement iterative improvements based on user feedback and evolving customer needs

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with user research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and usability testing
• Experience with user feedback programs, including data analysis and feedback utilization to inform design decisions and drive improvements
• Knowledge of journey mapping practices and methodologies
• Ability to lead a project
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluating customer/employee experience and implementing iterative improvements based on user feedback and evolving customer needs.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Qualtrics
• Experience with project or program management
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills on large-scale projects
• Ability to establish and drive to common goals with a variety of stakeholders

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
