Description:You will be the Sustainment/LCC/Affordability Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing sustainment and logistics support strategies that drive affordability and effectiveness across our lines of business.
What You Will Be Doing As the Sustainment/LCC/Affordability Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of sustainment and logistics support strategies, conducting LCC/O&S/Affordability analyses, and managing related activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring the affordability and effectiveness of our systems throughout their entire life cycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing logistics analyses, including Level of Repair Analysis and Life Cycle Cost Modeling
• Developing Product Support Strategies and executing trade studies and cost analyses
• Supporting logistics management activities, including risk evaluation and reporting
• Collaborating on logistics, maintenance, and maintainability demonstrations for customers
• Establishing and managing subcontracts for Logistics and Sustainment Engineering scope and products
• Supporting test and support equipment development, system maintenance procedure creation, and training product review

Basic Qualifications:Possess an in-depth knowledge of department of defense logistics, military product life cycle and support concepts.
Knowledgeable in logistics management and analysis.
Experience with Logistics and LCC/O&S/Affordability tools.
Possess good written and oral communication skills.
Secret Clearance (Current 5 Yr. Background Check)
Desired Skills:Candidate should be a self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with little or no direction and interface well with other Program disciplines.
Candidate should be an analytical thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation.
Familiar with SAE TA-STD-0017, Product Support Analysis
Logistics and logistics analysis experience
Possess strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office software.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
