Responsibilities
Participate in meetings with clients to gain an excellent understanding of their needs.
Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather, confirm and document business requirements.
Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts.
Responsible for defining business cases, writing requirements, and reviewing requirements for completeness and accuracy.
Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.
Demonstrate creativity and intuition in generating new ideas and responding to rapidly changing situations.
Exploring how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing stakeholders and collecting quantitative data.
Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts.
Contribute to the establishment and improvement of the team's processes and standards.Work alongside Project Managers to ensure effective project execution and troubleshoot issues in a professional and proactive manner.
Monitor project performance and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with the engineering and operations teams.
Work collaboratively to achieve project outcomes and resolve system issues.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
Excellent conversational English skills.
Ability to interact with clients.
Salesforce experience is highly valued, along with at least a basic understanding of AppExchange, Process Automation, Collaboration, Data management, Reports and Dashboards, CRM, Platform, Sales and marketing.
Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and report creation.
Proficient in business data analytics, including business case definition, flow and process diagramming.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide optimal solutions.
Comfortable working with ambiguous projects.
Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management tools.
