eNGINE is hiring a Salesforce Developer and play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing solutions on the Salesforce platform. What You’ll Do:
- Develop, optimize, and configure solutions to enhance business processes using Salesforce.
- Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and advanced Salesforce features.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the Salesforce environment and ensure it aligns with best practices.
- Conduct data migrations and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in release cycles, ensuring smooth deployments and application quality.
- Provide administrative support and ongoing troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
- 1+ year of Salesforce admin experience.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Force.com, and LDS.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and custom development.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Community Engagement: Active participation in the Salesforce community is a plus.
