Description of Duties:
We're looking for a Business Administrator for Amentum's Missile Defense Division. The Business Administrator reports to the Enterprise Management (EM) Director supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) Contract. The Business Administrator will be an individual contributor responsible for the daily operations of the Amentum office and supporting the following functions: contract administration, business planning & strategy, finance & accounting, subcontract administration, supply chain, human resources, and program management.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
1) Corporate Office Management: Welcome and direct visitors and employees at the Amentum corporate office for the Missile Defense Division supporting the IRES Contract; monitor and replace office equipment, materials and/or supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in office availability; manage facility budget and process invoices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations that support corporate and contract requirements; coordinate and manage office space for meetings, conferences, events, and VIP visits; receive and resolve office correspondence, complaints and queries; coordinate activities to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
2) Business Administration: Support EM departmental meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the department; coordinate travel for the IRES workforce; provide other administrative duties and business support as assigned.
3) Customer Engagement and Collaboration: Interface with visitors, executive leadership, stakeholders, and customers; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with daily operations and taskings.

Basic Requirements:
• Must have 2, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• Must have 6 months, or more, of office administration experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Must have, or obtain within 90 days of start date, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

This position is expected to pay $28.85/hr - $36.06/hr annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
