The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in generating revenue for the hotel by effectively managing and coordinating sales tasks & efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong attention to detail.
From gathering event details and coordinating with clients to supporting the sales team behind the scenes, you’ll keep projects moving smoothly and ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily administrative and sales support to the team
- Support the sales team by coordinating event orders and client information
- Manage client correspondence and follow-up
- Coordinate site inspections and client visits
- Maintain accurate records in sales systems and reports
- Jump in on special projects that keep our sales engine running smoothly
