What does a successful Administrative Assistant do at Fiserv?
You will perform administrative duties for several Vice Presidents and their teams within Output Solutions Technology. This role requires a highly motivated, service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of tasks.
What you will do:
- Proactively manage and optimize executive’s calendar, meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Quickly learn organizational structure, department operations, corporate policies, systems, and procedures.
- Filter, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, ensuring only the most strategic reach the executive.
- Attend staff meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Track and follow up on deadlines and tasks, keeping initiatives on course.
- Provide support for presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents, including preparation, proofreading, verification, and assembly.
- Represent the team with professionalism in all aspects.
What you will need to have:
- 7 to 10 years of extensive experience, including supporting vice president-level executives.
- 2+ years of exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of experience working well under pressure, exhibiting a calm demeanor and adaptability to changing business demands.
- 2+ years of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form relationships across all levels of the organization.
