What does a successful Project Manager do at Fiserv?
As a successful Project Manager, you will work with product owners, application development and clients to manage the delivery of various types of client projects within time, cost and quantity measures. You will build trusted business relationships with client leaders and internal partners. You will advise and consult with clients, ensuring clear and upfront scope definition and identification of best-fit solutions.
What you will do:
- Manage various types of projects within time, cost and quantity measures
- Lead project planning, including scope definition, resource planning, project plan definition and schedule development
- Solicit and document requirements clearly and concisely
- Secure resources and assign work to resources in coordination with resource managers
- Manage hours expended and track against initial sizing estimates
- Manage execution and coordinate with the team on completion of the project plans
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management
- 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology/software enhancements to clients
- Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and/or business resources
What would be great to have:
- Project Management Professional, (PMP) certification
- Experience in banking and/or software industries
- Familiarity with Project Management tools
