What does a successful Lead Treasury Analyst do?At Fiserv, our Treasury Department is ahead of the game, managing critical functions like bank relationships, cash flow, debt financing, and investments. As a Lead Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role within our treasury operations, bringing innovative solutions and strategic insight to our dynamic team. Working directly with senior management from our Alpharetta, Georgia office, you’ll be a key contributor to some of our most important projects, supporting Fiserv's mission to lead and innovate in the fintech industry.
What you will do:
- Assist in developing strategies for Fiserv’s short and long-term liquidity and cash needs.
- Manage enterprise-wide operational working capital, settlement requirements, and forecasts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
- Oversee the management and reporting of bank data and financial institution performance while maintaining data visualization tools and reports.
- Lead the development and implementation of process efficiency initiatives, focusing on automation to optimize treasury operations.
- Prepare and present departmental reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage in intercompany loans, FX exposure management, and currency exchanges within Fiserv’s North American entities.
- Support disaster recovery planning and maintain business continuity documentation.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 3 years of experience in Treasury or Finance.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, SAP, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong financial modeling and statistical analysis skills.
What would be great to have:
- CPA, CTP, AAP, CFA, or other financial certifications.
- Master’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a public company within the payments industry.
- In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and back-end bank processing systems.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
