Position Summary
The Regional Student Recruitment Representative (RSRR) is mission-critical to Airstreams Renewables, Inc.’s (ARI’s) success, serving as the key point of contact for candidates from first inquiry through program enrollment. This role demands a commanding presence, unwavering enthusiasm, and the ability to immediately establish credibility and trust in both our program and mission. RSRRs are accountable for aggressively driving lead generation, optimizing lead conversion, and meeting enrollment targets. Success in this role also hinges on proactively cultivating strategic partnerships with employers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts and expand hiring opportunities for our graduates.
Core Responsibilities
The essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Take ownership of your territory by actively and strategically generating high-quality leads to maximize program exposure.
- Drive lead conversion by meeting or exceeding enrollment targets for each training cohort, based on campus goals.
- Represent Airstreams at all designated in-person events, including those organized by installation teams or the marketing department.
- Attend and fully engage in all scheduled weekly, monthly, and annual meetings and training sessions; travel as required.
- Initiate and coordinate impactful recruitment events through collaboration with community leaders, military unit leadership, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all leads and inquiries within 24 hours, regardless of the source.
- Conduct persistent and results-driven phone outreach to drive lead engagement.
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, and outreach strategies.
- Recruit both military and civilian applicants who meet Airstreams' enrollment standards.
- Actively participate in key campus events, including open houses, orientations, and graduations.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry into the CRM/database, reflecting all activities and applicant statuses.
- Complete all assigned database tasks with detailed, up-to-date notes by the scheduled deadlines.
- Travel as necessary to meet and exceed recruitment objectives.
- Consistently uphold ARI’s policies, procedures, and standard of excellence in every aspect of your work.
Requirements:
Required Skills, Abilities, and Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
- Ability to work with a wide range of constituencies and diverse communities.
- Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Knowledge of the consultative sales approach including making recommendations, identifying and overcoming objections, and closing the sale.
- Ability to travel on behalf of the company to meet goals and objectives.
- Strong computer skills including use of the Microsoft office applications.
- Well groomed, presents a positive company image.
- Treats others with courtesy and respect.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Recruiting for post-secondary educational program.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Required: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background and/or motor vehicle check.
- Required: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and to maintain a drug-free status.
- Required: To be considered for this position, you must have reliable transportation to work, have access to a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel to multiple locations within a shift, and be willing to work on occasional weekends and holidays.
