Responsibilities:
UX Strategy & Integration:
- Assist in developing a comprehensive UX strategy that ensures consistency across Advisory's AI application ecosystem
- Support the user experience vision for Project Impact, integrating with the broader Advisory technology landscape
- Support the addition of unified design principles, patterns, and interaction models that enhance user engagement and efficiency within the Global UX Design Playbook
User Experience Design for Project Impact:
- Collaborate with the Project Impact team to advise on and create intuitive, user-centric interfaces through an Advisory lens
- Support the development of seamless, personalized experience flows that guide users to optimal solutions efficiently
- Envision how Project Impact integrates within current and future Advisory AI tools and experiences
Stakeholder Collaboration & Experience Alignment:
- Work with Change Management teams to align UX strategies with organizational transformation initiatives
- Coordinate with offering owners and cross-functional teams to understand specific user needs and pain points
- Assist in facilitating workshops and feedback sessions to refine the user experience approach
Research & User Insights:
- Conduct targeted user research to understand Advisory users' challenges, behavioral patterns, and workflow interactions across different user groups
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and market trends to inform strategic user experience design and identify innovative interaction opportunities
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvement and develop data-informed design recommendations for the Advisory AI ecosystem
Change Management & Adoption Support:
- Prepare communication materials that explain UX improvements and new interaction models
- Support teams in understanding and adopting new user experience approaches
- Assist in monitoring user adoption and satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in enterprise or technology environments
- Demonstrated ability to support user experience design across multiple platforms
- Foundational experience in user research and human-centered design methodologies
Skills:
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Proficiency in design tools and basic prototyping software like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Analytical skills to translate user insights into design recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI platform design
- Basic understanding of change management principles
- Familiarity with enterprise technology ecosystems
