Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager II on the project, you will:
- Support our client’s Global Financial Information Management (GFIM) initiative. This individual will be responsible for identifying technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving solutions to complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
- Assess current systems, processes, and data flows to determine what is needed to achieve client objectives.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and technical requirements necessary to support desired outputs.
- Develop and document solution approaches, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to understand needs, constraints, and priorities.
- Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and working sessions to surface and address technical challenges.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and deliverables.
- Technical Problem Solving
- Investigate and resolve technical issues that arise during solution implementation.
- Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the best approach based on technical feasibility, risk, and impact.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Communication & Reporting
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to project leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of project management experience with background in technical analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management
- Deep understanding with existing force management systems and force deployment, sustainment, and readiness data sources
- Experience with the GFIM force planning, building, and deployment process and familiarity of the dynamic functional needs and operational requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP certification
- Scrum Master Certification
- SAFe Agile Certification
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
