Job Summary
The Senior Business Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the COO and the broader Operations team by managing strategic planning, coordinating leadership engagements, overseeing budgets, and driving cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Job Description
Administrative & Leadership Engagements
- Plan and execute recurring leadership meetings, including:
- Quarterly COO Town Halls
- Bi-Monthly COO People Leaders Syncs
- Monthly COO Directors Discussions
- Annual Leadership Offsite
- Coordinate logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for all leadership events
- Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives (e.g., “Take 5” program)
- Collect weekly executive update content and rationalize key content for submission to the General Manager
Financial & Vendor Management
- Manage all COO budgets and partner with business stakeholders and Vendor Management
- Deliver monthly status updates and identify opportunities to improve budget processes and utilization
- Partner with Finance for annual budget creation
- Maintain daily T&E request processes and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular check-ins with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders
Operating Planning
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the annual operating plan
- Organize and facilitate regular readouts for various stakeholder groups
- Ensure timely KPI reporting and progress tracking
Strategic & Ad Hoc Initiatives
- Support and drive strategic initiatives aligned with COO priorities
- Manage ad hoc projects and requests with agility and discretion
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination, business operations, or executive support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity ("operating in the gray")
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience working with senior leadership or executive teams
- Ability to synthesize information and present it clearly to diverse audiences

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $88,501.13 - $132,751.70
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
