Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality visual designs for web, mobile, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts into visually engaging solutions.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Create illustrations, icons, and infographics to support storytelling and communication.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and product launches.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Create high-fidelity mock-ups, UI assets, and design specifications for development teams.
- Ensure consistency in visual design across different screen sizes, resolutions, and hardware platforms.
- Conduct visual audits and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a digital-first environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work across digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferences
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial domains.
- Familiarity with usability standards such as ISO 9241 or automotive HMI guidelines.
