Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to help the Customer Insights team run more efficiently; this individual will lead day to day budget management, spend forecasting, ensure research operations run smoothly, and optimize team output for impact by ensuring that the team is equipped with the right tools, processes, and partnerships to deliver best in class insights.
What You Will Do
Manages the customer insights project intake form and process
Serves as primary contact with Enterprise Strategic Sourcing team to ensure all customer research vendor Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statement of Work (SOWs) are reviewed and signed in a timely manner.
Submits invoices on behalf of marketing operations to ensure all vendors are paid in a timely manner.
Creates a forecast of the monthly customer research spending. Shares insights of the forecast with management.
Develops insights library (categorization & organization of final reports / insights), ensuring it stays current and is a usable tool for the enterprise.
Designs qualitative research with the help of an Insights manager and is a primary lead in organizing and scheduling research as necessary.
Stays current on new potential research partners & tools / software, exploring solutions which could improve processes or add value.
Organizes all relevant webinars, syndicated reports, etc from research partners to be leveraged by insights team and broader marketing team
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business, or related field 3-4 Years General professional work experience or equivalent expeirence
2 Years Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint) and Spend Management systems
