Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Technical Publications Project Manager (Level 2) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
In this role, you will support the F-15 technical publications organization as a project manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure the successful achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
Position Responsibilities
Directs and monitors technical data development from the program level ensuring technical data is developed and delivered on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements
Proactively engages in cost management to ensure deliverables are completed within budget
Creates and manages risks, issues, and opportunities to include leading teams through mitigation plans
Follows established processes to ensure technical manual data/procedures are documented and current
Works with customers on pricing and scheduling issues
Coordinates information related to configuration changes that impact publication data
Performs day-to-day project management of F-15 technical publications deliverables
Manages estimates for new efforts
Creates presentation material to brief to internal programs and external customers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in project management
Experience with Technical Publications, aircraft systems or technical data
Experience in Earned Value Management
Experience in program management
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience

Summary pay range: $68,850 - $93,150
