Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an analyst with shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience to provide onsite support at our third-party logistics provider in Swedesboro, NJ (with occasional requirements to be on-site at Boeing’s manufacturing facility in Ridley Park, PA).
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and lead cross functionally to quickly resolve receiving issues
- Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity while referring to policies, procedures, and best practices for guidance
- establish relationships with internal personnel and external customers
- locate and provide missing information to facilitate inventory receiving process
- extract and analyze data from multiple sources
- prepare reports
- measure key performance indicators (grief backlog, aging, root cause corrective action)
- represent the organization for projects and improvement initiatives
- develop, analyze and maintain processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years' related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Strong excel skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous Supply Chain experience preferred but not required

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $68,000 - $84,000
