Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring and automation tools.
Quickly respond and resolve critical service outages severely impacting consumers.
Assist in establishment of performance baseline, capacity thresholds, correlate events, and define monitoring/alerting criteria.
Develop automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption.
Create automation for programmatic deployment and management of tools used in production environment.
Implement capacity models to baseline transactional load compared to resource performance and leverage data to predict overall system capacity.
Distill volumes of data, analyzes performance results, diagnoses performance problems and clearly characterize system performance to stakeholders.
Deploy, maintain and monitor all Security camera's and Security System
Assist with machine installation and cabling as necessary for machine or network connection.
Assist with Site support as needed regarding DT initiatives, projects, SQDIP and basic network/hardware/software needs.
Assist with all Server room equipment and Switch closets in regards to upgrades, monitoring, temp control, and connection.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 1 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 6 years of professional experience
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Desired Characteristics:
Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and/or Windows operating systems
Strong understanding of cloud computing, including security, usage scenarios, and infrastructure basics
Experience with common scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby)
Experience managing version control systems such as Git
Experience deploying and managing infrastructure on public clouds such as AWS or Azure
Experience using an automated configuration management system (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Experience with configuring, customizing, and extending monitoring tools (Datadog, Sensu, Grafana, Splunk)
