As the Production Supervisor you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Role Overview
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. This role is on-site and plays a critical part in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality results. You will use your technical expertise and leadership skills to execute policies, mentor team members, and contribute to the success of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees to ensure production goals are met.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and apply expertise to execute policies and strategies.
- Analyze and resolve problems quickly, using prior experience and technical skills.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and contribution to broader business goals.
- Provide mentorship and informal guidance to new team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set expectations, and drive employee growth.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing).
- Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work overtime rotation one weekend per month.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
- Established project management skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in complex situations.
