- Leadership: Partner across high-performing teams while championing GE

achieve program goals. - Project Management: Hands-on management across the lifecycle of funding
initiatives, including proposal development, resource allocation, and reporting,
ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery of outcomes. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to secure funding from
government programs, industry partnerships, and other sources, ensuring
alignment with GE Aerospace’s innovation and growth objectives. - Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies, external partners, and internal teams to optimize funding opportunities and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a lean culture and encourage the adoption of GE Aerospace’s proprietary FLIGHT DECK model, which emphasizes operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in aerospace, mechanical engineering or adjacent area
- This role requires advanced experience in Project Management & Operations Leadership as well as aerospace engineering.
- Fluent in English and German (min. C1 for both)

- Experienced in turbomachinery and/or hybrid-electric technologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsin global, collaborative teams. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
