岗位目标:
1. 新产品引入协调员
2. 间接物料的使用情况收集与分析
3. 服务舱订单的报价
岗位职责:
1. 负责新产品引入过程中各部门的协调沟通工作。
a) 新产品引入过程中，对过程进行日产的跟进管理，
b) 负责定期组织新品引入的例会，跟进并推动项目能够按期完成；
c) 负责对接客户并定期向客户进行项目汇报；
d) 识别风险，追踪关键问题的进展，及时协调所需资源并对出现的问题进行的控制与汇报，并负责新产品各阶段时间节点、成本指标、质量目标及项目预算的管控及达成
2. 负责工厂间接物料数据的收集与分析
a)产线间接物料的使用情况收集与分析；
b)配合生产团队寻找间接物料的降本项目；
3. 负责工厂服务订单的报价
a) 关于服务订单与客户沟通
b) 协助工厂内部团队，针对服务订单进行报价
背景/经验:
- 两年及以上项目管理工作经验优先考虑。
- 本科及以上的学历或相等教育
- 较好的工程及新品引入理念
- 较强的人际沟通能力。
- 良好的英语沟通能力
- 熟悉Microsoft软件运用，包括Microsoft Project及Power BI的运用。
JOB PURPOSE:
1.NPI coordinator
2.Indirect material management and analysis.
3.Service Order Quotation
JOB DUTIES:
1. NPI coordination,
a) Daily NPI progress management;
b) Leading regular review / meetings to ensure projects on track;
c) Contact window of customers, periodically connecting with customers to keep information alignment from both sides;
d) Risk management and good cost mindset, can proactively identify potential risks and take mitigation plan accordingly. Control and achieve the time nodes, cost indicators, quality targets and project budgets at each stage of NPI.
2. Responsible for indirect material management and analysis.
a) Collect and analyze the usage of indirect materials in the production line
b) Collaborate with the production team to identify cost-reduction projects for indirect materials and drive cost optimization.
3. Service Order Quotation
a) Communicate with customers regarding service orders to clarify requirements and details.
b) Assist the internal factory team in completing the quotation process for service orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of quotations.
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
