What you´ll do
- Direct and control the annual SHE management program in accordance with organizational, legal, and other requirements.
- Direct the execution of activities focused on legal compliance in the areas of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment for the company.
- Define promotion and prevention activities aimed at preventing and controlling occupational diseases with the support of the occupational physician, as well as establishing and implementing epidemiological surveillance programs.
- Plan the implementation, verification, and monitoring of Henkel Colombiana's Integrated Management System (ISO 14001, 50001, 45001, DEC 1072, and road safety).
- Periodically evaluate and monitor compliance with general SHE management indicators.
- Plan and periodically monitor legal compliance with SHE requirements.
