ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Custodial team managing all day-to-day activities and assist as required
2. Provide support and direction to the team in all HR related taskings
3. Develop and amend policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent delivery of quality service.
4. Work with TQ guests to action any special requirements
5. Submit any maintenance issues reported from custodial team
6. Conduct pre-occupancy TQ room inspections ensuring all maintenance and cleaning activities complete before rooms are occupied
7. Ensuring all consumables and custodial related equipment/resources are ordered in a timely manner.
8. Auditing of team member performance to ensure it aligns with standard practice
9. Ensure compliance with Site EH&S requirements
10. Provide assistance to the CSR Team in their duties
11. Any other reasonable duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
SAP Experience
Computer software and application knowledge
Working with minimal supervision and experience working as part of a dedicated team
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Administrative skills
Desired:
Certificate III in Business Admin or equivalent
Capability to develop innovative solutions
Experience writing and developing policies and procedures

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
It is a condition of employment at JDFPG that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role. The employee will be required to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret (TS/PV) Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SSCI (U.S.) clearance.
STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS
All personnel assigned to work at JDFPG shall be:
· At least 18 years of age.
· Able to fluently read, write and speak English
EHS REQUIREMENT
All OASIS personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health and safety requirements. While OASIS is responsible for providing a safe workplace and is responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements of the JDFPG Handbook, each person is responsible for:
Completing work task in a safe manner
Reporting any unsafe acts or conditions to their supervisor and/or OASIS PMO/EHS Manager
Continuous adherence to the environmental, health and safety procedures outlined in the JDFPG Handbook during the performance of their work
Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to “STOP WORK” if a job is unsafe or possess a danger to the environment
