As a Senior Analyst, Full-Service Brand Marketing, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Full-Service Brand Marketing team reporting to Director, Global Brand Marketing – Full Service, you will help support in executing the marketing strategy, coordinated marketing plans, and daily business activities that support the brand and categories. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams as the brand steward to ensure that marketing tactics from creative development, digital and social media are executed to match the brand strategy and brand identity of each of the Full-Service brands. This will drive brand salience, brand love, and loyalty among existing customers, while also encouraging emerging traveler segments.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans that support brand objectives.
- Steward and maintain the brands' positioning and identities globally.
- Support brand identity execution including project management, hotel collateral, photography, logo creation, and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze brand activity and hotel-level marketing performance to inform strategic decisions and support in developing key reporting documents.
- Support dual-brand and soft-brand hotel branding needs, development marketing, and hotel filming requests.
- Provide strategic support for sales collateral, event marketing, and branded promotional item sourcing.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivery.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and represent the brand in interdepartmental projects and task forces.
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
- Lead key brand initiatives and support storytelling efforts through compelling presentation materials.
- Be involved in the category and department-wide initiatives and represent the brands in task forces and interdepartmental efforts.

You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of marketing experience, and a proven track record of supporting the management and execution of marketing programs and partnerships
- One (1) year of experience using online project management software, performance, and monitoring of a defined sequence of tasks, arranged as a workflow application from beginning to end
- Proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Marketing experience within the hospitality or similar industry
- Knowledge of franchise organizations and/or experience working within a franchise organization
- Experience overseeing marketing and promotional activities, including schedules, scope, and marketing budgets
- Experience in brand identity work and developing templates/playbooks for regional and hotel use is a benefit
- Experience in all aspects of developing, executing, and analyzing marketing plans
