This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Senior Manager, Global Corporate Real Estate you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Corporate Real Estate team reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Real Estate, you will support projects including Hilton's entire corporate office real estate portfolio, consisting of over 30 locations globally.

How You Will Make An Impact
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Lead the full life cycle of the global corporate office real estate portfolio, including strategic planning, leasing operations, and capital improvements.
- Maintain lease records, track key dates, and produce monthly reports for senior leadership, including the CHRO.
- Prepare financial models including NPVs and executive summaries for lease transactions, including Investment Committee and Board approvals.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure approval for existing and new corporate office locations globally, working with third-party brokerage firms and internal stakeholders.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Partner with HR and business leaders to analyze office utilization and workforce projections, translating data into actionable leasing strategies.
- Manage lease negotiations in collaboration with legal, risk, and landlord teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
- Support global capital construction initiatives, contributing to design and space planning that enhance the Team Member experience.
- Conduct market studies and site tours with brokerage partners to evaluate and select suitable office locations.
- Create presentations and talking points to guide decision-making and align stakeholders across regions.

You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Four (4) years of Commercial or Corporate Real Estate experience.
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- International real estate experience
- Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership (or client groups).
- Experience with workplace strategy, space planning, and capital investment processes.
