All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Produce comprehensive counterintelligence (CI) assessments by researching, reviewing, editing, planning, and integrating all-source intelligence and open-source information, focusing on global threats to NGA and National System of GEOINT (NSG) partners.
- Generate foundational intelligence and original written analysis on foreign intelligence entity networks to identify and warn of intelligence, terrorism, and espionage threats impacting NGA and the NSG.
- Employ analytical and GEOINT methodologies to identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting NGA assets and support CI investigations and collection activities.
- Apply expertise in foreign intelligence entities to research and produce CI estimates and develop CI studies, plans, network charts, and briefings for various NGA audiences, adhering to IC analytic tradecraft standards.
- Collaborate with various access-controlled programs and other Intelligence Community (IC) entities to leverage NGA's full capabilities against sensitive threats and create joint products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Military Occupational Specialty: 35, 35F, 35X (Army) -- 0202, 0205, 0231, 0291 (USMC) -- 1N0X1, 1N4X1, 14NX (Air Force) -- IS with all-source focus (Navy & Coast Guard) OR GS-0132 job code with all-source analytic training (PACE, DISAP, CDASA, or equivalent)
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Proficient with DataXplorer, Proton, Voltron, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, FADE, MIST, and other intelligence and network analysis tools.
- Experience navigating and assimilating information from OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and GEOINT databases and presenting a cogent intelligence picture.
- Experience in CI analysis or familiarity with DoD CI policy, plans, and operations with understanding how to inject all-source analysis.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills by independently crafting and delivering clear, concise, and accurate written and oral responses to complex questions, tailoring products for specific audiences.
- Strong decision-making techniques in intricate situations, anticipating mission needs, recognizing best practices, and choosing optimal solutions to benefit the office, directorate, or Agency, while providing timely intelligence for senior executive decisions.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal and networking abilities to foster crucial collaboration with external partners and IC analysts.
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience preferred (a degree in a relevant field may be counted 4 years’ experience).
- Joint Duty Assignment such as J2, Joint-Intelligence Operations Centers, COCOMs, or IC-billets.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal CI elements.
- Counterterrorism Analysis Course, DIA/JMITC, or equivalent training
- Identity Intelligence Analytical Applications (I2A2) Course or equivalent training
- Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course, DIA/JMITC or equivalent training
Clearance Requirements
- Must have a TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI Poly
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
