What does a successful FISERV File Delivery Analyst do?
At Fiserv, As an Application File Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the delivery of application-related files across various platforms. You will work closely with Operations Partners and External Departments to ensure seamless file transfers, troubleshooting issues, and maintain security and compliance standards.
What you will do:
Oversee the end-to-end file delivery process for application related data.
Handling file structures, organizing directories, attributes, and ensuring efficient data storage.
Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues to ensure minimal disruption.
Collaborate with peers and infrastructure teams to optimize workflows.
Maintain security protocols and compliance standards for data transfers.
Document processes and provide technical support for file delivery systems.
Analyze and improve delivery performance using relevant tools and metrics.
Maintains on-call availability to respond to file delivery inquiries; must be flexible and available with the scheduling.
What you will need to have:
Experience with Unisys Enterprise Output Manager for print and data file handling.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Monitoring Dynatrace, Splunk, and Moogsoft skills
Ticketed/Projects ServiceNow, Clarity experience

This role is on-site in Milwaukee WI, Alpharetta GA or Omaha NE Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
