What you will do:
- Develop, write, and edit professional services proposals and SOWs tailored to client needs and showcasing Fiserv’s ECM product capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales team members, solution consultants, and delivery teams to gather requirements and ensure proposals are both technically robust and commercially advantageous.
- Maintain clear, concise, and compliant proposal documents that align with internal standards and client expectations.
- Manage multiple proposal requests concurrently within tight deadlines.
- Update and uphold proposal templates, boilerplate content, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in proposal review meetings and integrate feedback from stakeholders.
- Track and analyze proposal metrics to enhance future proposal outcomes continually.
What You Will Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal development, technical writing, or a relevant area, ideally in financial services or technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
