About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced UiPath Support with 5+ years of experience in supporting and maintaining RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in UiPath bots and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of automation processes.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor UiPath Orchestrator and bots for performance, failures, and exceptions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath automation workflows in production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot execution, scheduling, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain high system uptime.
- Coordinate with business users for issue resolution and feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate. Associate degree or higher in data processing preferred.
- Minimum # years’ experience required: 5+ Years
- Type of work experience required
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible to provide 24/7 available.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or Support Professional.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Exposure to cloud-based UiPath environments (e.g., Automation Cloud).
