Description:You will be the Associate Level Reliability Manager for the Lifecycle Performance Team. Our team is responsible for driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution in support of the PAC-3 Missile Support Center (P3MSC).
What You Will Be Doing As the Associate Level Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors in executing Reliability analysis and FRACAS activities for Sustainment efforts, focusing on Missile and Launcher hardware. You will play a key role in managing and developing your team, supporting department initiatives, and driving program execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Collecting and analyzing Missile and Launcher failure data to increase system reliability
• Serving as the primary technical liaison to the program and customer for Reliability activities
• Coordinating and prioritizing activities between subteams to meet program priorities
• Ensuring on-time execution of Reliability CDRLs
• Developing and presenting technical information at customer interface activities
• Conducting technical reliability studies with input from peer subteams

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Strong technical background with Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in engineering or engineering Technology fields and previous professional technical experience
• Knowledge and experience with Reliability Engineering design practices.
• Knowledge of and experience with implementation of Supportability Engineering practices.
• Prior experience in two or more areas of reliability
o FRACAS Analysis process and driving failure investigations to root cause and corrective action.
o Reliability Prediction Analysis using Windchill Quality Solutions (WQS)/Relex or like Software.
o Reliability FMECA Process/Analysis including a general understanding of, schematics and electromechanical systems.
o BIT Development and BIT Effectivity Analysis
• Strong Computer Skills including MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
• Candidate should be an analytical thinker with demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovations.
• Candidate should be a self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with little or no direction and interface well with other program disciplines.
• Experience collaborating with and working in conjunction with other functions and engineering groups to achieve desirable results
• Ability to communicate, effectively interface and influence multiple levels of executives and a broad range of internal and external customers
• Demonstration of full spectrum leadership qualities
Desired Skills:• Experience with the PAC-3 Missile and Launcher System
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented toward project management
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Cost Account Management (CAM) and writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
• Experience with the management in an Agile/Jira system

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
