About your role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our newly formed Cybersecurity Service Delivery Team. This role is pivotal in enabling our Cybersecurity organization to enhance the quality and efficiency of our service delivery processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of business operations within the financial services sector.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to service delivery.
Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and other documentation to illustrate current and proposed service delivery processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery operations and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.
Analyze data to assess the performance of service delivery processes and implement metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to elicit feedback and drive consensus on service delivery initiatives.
Support the implementation of project plans, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of service delivery requirements.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Experience you’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on service delivery or operations in the financial services industry.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
