Work You’ll Do
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features aligned with business goals.
- Drive agile delivery processes, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to align stakeholders and promote product vision.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to inform product decisions.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+years experience in Product Management or IT Project Management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Proven experience with API platforms or integration technologies.
- Strong background in Agile project management and delivery.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in developing communication strategies and planning across enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with benefits systems or HR technology platforms.
- Prior leadership experience in a product crew or agile team environment.
