Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Lean is responsible for leading and coordinating Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the organization. This role drives large-scale process transformations by supervising cross-functional teams, coaching leaders, and applying Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to achieve critical business objectives and operational excellence.
What will you do:
- Plan, launch, and oversee Lean projects across multiple departments to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality; communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maximize individual contributions, foster professional growth, and promote effective collaboration.
- Design and deliver training programs on Lean and Six Sigma principles; mentor employees and identify high-impact projects for implementation.
- Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma frameworks, tools, and systems to support continuous improvement and business process optimization.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the field
- Expert Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management
- Expert in Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Expert in Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluent English

Top Candidates also have
- MBA, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or related to the field
- Certification in Lean - 6 Sigma Black Belt
- Lean Manufacturing methodology implementation experienced
- Expert in Digital Tools MS OFFICE 365 (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI, Data Analytics)
- Good business understanding.
Additional Information:
- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
- This position is five-day a week in-office model.
- This position will require travelling 25% working time (Domestic and International).
- Valid Travel Visa and Passport
