Job Summary:
The Director of Manufacturing Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of large-scale plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, distribution, and warehousing. This role ensures operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the facility while fostering a safe and high-performing work environment.
What will you do:
Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and development programs for plant personnel, ensuring a skilled and engaged workforce.
Direct all manufacturing activities to deliver high-quality, cost-effective products on schedule, within a safe and sanitary environment.
Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational systems, equipment, and infrastructure to meet strategic goals.
Manage production scheduling to align with internal targets and customer expectations; monitor performance and remove barriers to success.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective process management, system optimization, and facility maintenance.
Drive improvements in key performance indicators, including cost reduction, asset utilization, period costs, and workforce efficiency.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Master´s degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related to the field.

Manufacturing Operations:
Establishes operational routines and safety protocols across departments.
Develops strategies to optimize product flow and minimize equipment downtime.
Leads innovation in manufacturing processes and plant services.
Manufacturing Safety:
Conducts safety audits and ensures OSHA compliance.
Develops emergency response procedures and promotes safety culture.
Identifies and mitigates emerging safety risks across the facility.
Manufacturing Standards, Procedures & Policies:
Leads cross-functional development of manufacturing standards and policies.
Implements control mechanisms to ensure compliance and consistency.
Advises on architectural principles for global manufacturing operations.

Additional Information:
Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
This position is five-day a week in-office model.
This position will require travelling 25% working time (Domestic and International).
