What you will do:
- Lead the execution of detailed quality assurance testing for complex software products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality practices.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include on-call and emergency response.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
- 3+ years of experience in performance testing.
- 3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or UFT.
- 3+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- 3+ years of experience in security testing practices.
- 3+ years of experience understanding of the software development lifecycles.
- Certification in software testing methodologies, such as ISTQB or CSTE.
