Your in-depth expertise will help shape the quality assurance processes and frameworks, ensuring that our solutions are reliable and meet the needs of our clients. Working closely with development and product teams, you will identify issues and implement best practices to drive continuous improvements in our QA operations. What you will do:
- Lead the execution of detailed quality assurance testing for complex software products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality practices.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include on-call and emergency response.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
- 3+ years of experience in performance testing.
- 3+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or UFT.
- 3+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
- 3+ years of experience in security testing practices.
- 3+ years of experience understanding of the software development lifecycles.
- Certification in software testing methodologies, such as ISTQB or CSTE.
