What does a successful Debit Fee Manager do?
As a Debit Fee Manager at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in managing debit fee initiatives and projects within the Debit Network, EBT, and Fleet Operations team. You will ensure that network changes are implemented effectively, providing rules interpretation and identifying requirements to support changes on Fiserv processing platform systems. You will also collaborate across various teams to resolve complex fee-related problems and improve quality processes. What you will do:
- Evaluate and manage debit fee bulletins and Spring and Fall release fee-related changes.
- Implement network changes, ensuring that all modifications are accurately incorporated into Fiserv systems.
- Interpret rules and identify requirements to support changes on processing platform systems.
- Manage controls and procedures related to auditable processes resulting from fee changes.
- Collaborate with Debit Testing, Implementation, and IT partners to improve quality processes.
- Communicate and execute fee changes and rules clearly and efficiently.
- Act as a subject matter expert for debit fees, providing insights and resolving complex fee-related issues.
- Collaborate with Networks and internal distribution channels regarding industry requirements and operational processes on fee payment acceptance-related matters.
What you will need to have:
- 7+ years of experience in payment acceptance/processing.
- 7+ years of professional experience focused on client and technical support, research, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe (PDF), and DocuSign.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent military experience.

- Proven track record of effective written and verbal communication skills.
