About the Team
The team will be made up of 6 legal analysts and 6 business analysts who will support CLM/CI customer implementation projects. Legal Analysts will perform QC to validate and correct AI model extracts to ensure accuracy. In addition, they will configure Custom AI models for customers. Business Analysts will gather process requirements, configure, and test pre-signature CLM workflows for customers. They will support delivery teams in North Amer and Dublin, including direct interaction with customers.
About the Role
We are seeking a Manager experienced in leading teams responsible for AI-related tasks, including document and data remediation, generative AI model development, workflow creation, and document review and analysis. This team is a critical component of the successful execution of Workday CLM’s (Evisort’s) mission to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
In this role, you will:
Support the Delivery Services team by overseeing staffing, resource allocation, team deliverables, and project financials.
Lead and motivate a team to analyze data and remediate data issues
Build AI models, review documents and assess accuracy
Configure workflow to automate the pre-signature contract lifecycle
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Strong project management skills, including the ability to scope, plan, and execute contract remediation projects. This includes resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
OverseeDocument Review & Analysis Services: Manage expertise in validation and assessment of AI model output, remediation of inaccurate or incomplete data, and other document review services.
Process Optimization & Playbook Development: Creating and refining playbooks, guidelines, and operational documentation to streamline workflows, improve team efficiency, and drive continuous process improvement.
Configuration of AI models and Workflows: Create AI prompts to support customer AI modeling and workflow configuration to automate customer’s contract processes
Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all tasks and projects, ensuring that progress is accurately tracked, milestones are met, and final outcomes are clearly reported.
Client Communication & Relationship Management: Engage effectively with Delivery Services team and clients to clearly understand their needs, provide regular project updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
About You
Skills
Mix of technical, organizational, and domain-specific skills. This is because Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Contract Intelligence (CI) are both a strategic and operational process, with a focus on optimizing the management of contracts and other legal documents throughout their lifecycle.
Contract Analysis: Background in drafting, negotiating, managing and assessing risk in complex commercial (procurement and sales), leasing, partnership, and other B2B contract types, with the purpose of apply AI concepts to identify and extract key clauses and field-level data.
Process Analysis: Expertise in analyzing contracting processes in order to capture business and technical requirements, create workflow designs, and configure and test solutions to automate contract intake, drafting, negotiation, approval, and eSignature steps
Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication skills to work with senior leadership, legal departments, procurement, sales, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure alignment.
Project Duration & Resource Management: Skilled in managing projects with highly variable timelines, ranging from a few days to several weeks. Adept at prioritizing tasks, allocating resources efficiently, and overseeing the completion of overlapping responsibilities to ensure seamless project execution
Team Leadership: Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team, including legal professionals, data analysts, contract managers, and data specialists. Effective delegation, motivation, and conflict resolution are key.
Adaptability: The ability to pivot in response to changes in business needs, regulatory requirements, or CLM software updates is important.
Qualifications
Education and Domain Expertise: Bachelor’s degree anda Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, Masters in Law, or background in legal studies is highly desirable. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience working within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Contract Intelligence (CI) domain, with a strong background in contract analysis and process analysis.
Experience in AI/Data Projects: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing Contract and AI-related projects, including data remediation, generative AI model development, and document review.
Workflow Automation & Configuration: At least 3+ years of experience in analyzing and configuring workflows to automate complex processes, particularly in a contracting or business process context. This includes capturing business and technical requirements, designing workflows, and testing solutions.
Externally-facing Projects: 5+ years of experience delivering services to external stakeholders
Other Qualifications
Team Leadership: At least 3+ years of experience leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of 10 or more employees. This includes providing guidance, delegating tasks, motivating team members, and resolving conflicts to ensure project success and team morale.
Project Management: A minimum of 3+ years of proven project management experience, specifically in a context with variable timelines and multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in resource allocation, project planning, and stakeholder communication. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Stakeholder Communication: A minimum of 3+ years of experience communicating with both internal and external clients or senior leadership. The ability to understand business requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment is a core function of this role.
