Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Job Summary
As an MCT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the tracking and tracing of cargo and passenger flights within your Area of Responsibility (AOR). You will use your deep understanding of various transportation systems and the ability to maintain In-Transit Visibility. You will manage a team of foremen and laborers, ensuring efficient operations under fast-paced and adverse conditions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Use tracking and tracing systems such as GTN (Global Transportation Network), GDSS (Global Decision Support System), GATES (Global Air Transportation Execution System), AALPS (Automated Air Load Planning System), and SMS (Single Mobility System).
Maintain In-Transit Visibility of all shipped cargo and passenger flights.
Demonstrate working knowledge of JMRs, AMRs, SMRs, and the ITARS system.
Handle passenger manifesting, including high-jack briefings, amnesty, priorities, emergency leave, and DV processes.
Assist in or load planes when required.
Oversee the work of foremen and laborers.
Maintain COMSEC (Communication Security), OPSEC (Operation Security), and COMPUSEC (Computer Security).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Security clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment on this contract. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years of directly related experience.
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Team Lead / Foreman / Supervisor / Manager.
Requires proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must have a good phone presence and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Bachelor’s Degree.
Advanced understanding of tracking and tracing systems.
Experience with passenger manifesting processes.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under fast-paced and adverse conditions.
