Description:WHAT WE'RE DOINGThe Army & Air Force Systems (AAFS) Market Segment within Sikorsky is seeking a experienced Program Manager to lead International Military Black Hawk and Seahawk Sustainment Programs for multiple International partners in the Asia Region including Taiwan, Brunei, and Singapore.
THE WORKAs a Program Manager in this role, you will:
• Serve as Country Program Manager for Taiwan, Brunei, and Singapore supporting fleets operating S70A/L/M/i and/or S-70B platforms. Manage all aspects of aftermarket sustainment to include, but not limited to Maintenance/Pilot Training, Engineering reach-back support, FSR support, Publication Revisions, Spares and Repairs
• Lead day-to-day program execution tasks, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk/opportunity management
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure successful performance, utilizing digital transformation and data-driven decision-making to optimize outcomes
• Serve as the primary program leader, conducting internal and external reviews and customer briefings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams
• Manage and control program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Basic Qualifications:Program Management experience
Experience working with multiple projects/programs
Demonstrated interaction and communication across all levels from individual contributor to leadership
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Some travel/international travel may be required

MBA (or in pursuit of an MBA) is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Emerging authority in the field with 10+ years of professional experience (or 8+ years with a related Masters degree)

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
