Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren three times per week, at minimum.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Stock Plan Administrator to manage and support the administration of our global equity compensation programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate recordkeeping, compliance, and reporting of equity awards, while serving as a key liaison between employees, HR, payroll, finance, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities

Administer all aspects of the company’s equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance awards, and long term cash awards

Maintain accurate records in equity management systems

Process equity transactions such as grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations.

Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure proper tax withholding and accounting for equity transactions.

Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including earnings disclosures, proxy statements, and 10-K/10-Q filings.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity awards and provide education and support.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SEC, IRS, SOX).

Assist in the development and implementation of equity-related communications and training materials.

Partner with legal and HR teams on equity plan design and governance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required

1 - 3 years of experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration preferred but not required

Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools

Understanding of equity compensation vehicles and regulatory requirements

Experience with systems (HRIS, payroll, equity platforms)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
