The Strategy & Performance Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Office of Strategy Management (OSM), enabling the organization to connect strategic priorities with execution and outcomes. The role integrates strategic planning support with performance analytics, ensuring enterprise goals are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated. By identifying performance gaps, delivering actionable insights, maintaining alignment of strategic imperatives and OKRs, and strengthening governance routines, this role ensures leadership has the clarity and visibility needed to make data-driven decisions and drive results.
What will the employee do in this role?
Strategy Planning Support
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise strategic roadmap, including priorities, milestones, and success metrics
- Conduct market, industry, and internal performance analysis to inform strategic planning, strategy refinement, and decision-making
- Support the development and communication of strategic plans, including presentations for executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Assist with strategy governance by sequencing and aligning strategic imperatives, and by monitoring dependencies, risks, and progress
- Contribute to OSM-led workshops, planning sessions, and quarterly reviews
Performance Management
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track performance against strategic goals
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data to insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to define and refine OKRs, ensuring alignment with measurable performance metrics and enterprise goals
- Leverage tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to automate and streamline reporting and deliver timely, accessible insights
- Participate in quarterly performance review cycles, leading data collection, synthesis, and report preparation for OSM, ELT and Board of Directors
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Support OSM leadership in promoting alignment and transparency between strategy creation, execution and performance measurement
- Support continuous improvement efforts in planning processes, tools, templates, and reporting infrastructure, in line with the OSM service model implementation plan to drive milestone-based progress
- Proactively deliver strategy and performance insights to inform decision-making, drive accountability, and improve organizational outcomes
What skills/qualifications do you need?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Organizational Strategy)
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, finance, consulting, or related field
- Experience working in or with cross-functional teams and exposure to executive-level communication preferred
