Job Summary Details: A Utility Worker is responsible for ensuring that buildings and the areas surrounding them are clean, well-lit, functional and safe. To this end, a Utility Worker job description may include the following duties:
Pay: $21 Hourly Rate
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6pm to 2:30am

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities: - Reading work orders and developing plans to execute them
- Replacing light bulbs and making repairs to light fixtures
- Maintaining landscaping, lawns, outbuildings, parking areas and fencing
- Making basic repairs to plumbing, HVAC and structural problems
- Conducting routine maintenance on building systems, such as replacing filters in HVAC systems
- Servicing and cleaning tools and equipment used for maintenance
- Ordering, inventorying and organizing equipment and supplies needed for maintenance
- Updating and keeping records of all work orders completed
