This role is on a hybrid schedule in our Charlotte, NC office in office weekly with some remote work.
The Operational Risk Sr. Analyst will be responsible for the oversight of the Enterprise Issue Management Program. The candidate will support establishing and enhancing the Issue Management Policy, Standard, and accompanying Procedures, conduct analytics and reporting on program results, and participate in maturing the Issue Management Program. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, manage competing priorities and be capable of providing programmatic direction and collaborate with Independent Risk Management and Business Lines to implement and maintain sound risk management practices.
